Salopian Brass is a well-established, friendly band based in Shrewsbury.

We have a busy and varied programme including outdoor summer events in park bandstands and garden fetes as well as charity events, Church services, Remembrance Day parades and Carol concerts.  We also stage formal concerts, sometimes with other ensembles and choirs.

Our rehearsals are held on Thursday evenings between 7.30 and 9pm at Emmanuel Church, Mount Pleasant Road, Harlescott, Shrewsbury, SY1 3HY, where we promise a warm welcome for players of all ages and standards.  We have some excellent players in the band and some not quite so excellent but equally enthusiastic.  We help and support each other, all are valued and have fun.
